Pros

Flexible timing . Good people . 3 months probation and 30 days notice period . Good for 1-3 yrs of experience . Work life balance is good . No office politics . Company is rapidly growing . Free medical insurance.

Cons

1. Bad appraisal review policy . Each year they terminate some resource from bottom line 2.They never care about salary . U may find huge difference of salary doing same work with same exp . They always hire a bigger salary resource while some one leave for salary issue . They hardly retain anyone with salary hike . 3.Bad leave policy. No training for employee growth . 4.Bonus is only for senior management ans sales .

A fantastic group of people. Employee get togethers are fun.

Cons

Salaries could be higher but the benefits are good and hours are fair.

Pros

Strong network of dedicated travel professionals at the IC and Mid-Level pushing to succeed despite senior leadership challenges at the very top. Good Work/Life Balance and benefits. Strong Parent Company

Cons

Adara's most senior leader lacks support from people across different departments within the organization, and many are very frustrated. Seems to value compliance over innovation. Appears to prevent genuine feedback from reaching RateGain leadership by controlling the narrative in their own favor. Many are vocalizing their complaints in private channels wondering how much longer this can go on. Feels close to breaking point.
