Micromanaging at its finest - Starting from the HR - Welcome Guest Rapport (London) Employee Review

- Clearly, the 5stars are fake: not detailed, very close datewise - a miserable try to get that rate up. Probably they asked some puppet working in the company to post them in exchange of a chocolate box. - Micromanaging deeply rooted and illegal power practices - Harassing HR (it happened to way too many colleagues across the contracts) - Managers don't care - they fake it very well though - Too many fake people and smiles - Lack of ethic, honesty, clarity and trust. - Incompetent Managers, incompetent Team Leaders (most of them only get the position because they say "yes" to anything - basically puppets). - Extremely toxic environment - Forces you to do some activities not required from the job itself - Fake sense of "we are family" - Many people ready to stab your back for many reasons - A lot of useless gossips - Most Team that have been slowly acquired said Rapport is awful - The list of cons is too long - I never witnessed such huge turnover rate in one workplace and in little time - The constant turnover means difficult for the team to be stressed with new employees in training and constantly have to rebuild team identity
