Cons
- Expect to work long or very long hours. Normal hours are 9am-6pm but some people work more than that, particularly in Sr levels. - OnCall 24/7 unpaid. It is OnRota but depending on the size of the team could be painful. You need to be pending of page of Duty alerts and Slack channels practically all the time and during the weekends as well. Interns are excluded from the OnCall rota. - Majority of the new staff are Interns or graduates coming back after internship. High standards for hire new permanent stuff specially Sr Engineers overload the teams with work. People are practically busy all the time which at the end of the week lead in feelings of burn out. - WFH is flexible but 3 days mandatory at the office.
