Informal environment, quick decision making

Initially family owned, then private equity owned, merged with another company and everything changed. Lots of consultants giving useless advice, poor management decisions, HR help was nonexistent (fend for yourself). Internal bickering, turf wars, shouting in the hallways - very stressful environment. If you work there...leave to save your sanity. If you're interviewing there...don't waste your time.
