It is a good company

Salary, no remote, no much bebefits

- Good salary - Good medical insurance subsidised by the company - Allowance given (fuel, meal, WFH expenses..) - Team buildings - Outsourced and in-house training sessions - Great working environment - People driven HR team - Supportive team members

- Micro management from my reporting line manager - Poor conflict handling skills from my line manager - Not very good at decision making - The line manager would act only as a Boss and not a leader that keeps the a fun working team harmony. I left my job just because of the unprofessional attitude of my line manager who worked remotely from the UK and the whole operations was in the Mauritius based office.
