I have been working at Rank Group full-time (More than 5 years)
This is really difficult. Ironically the CEO is a real positive fir the business but his immediate management team are no where near so good and are ouof touch with th front operational line of the business.
Plenty of senior managers arguing between themselves creating a turbulent pace for others to work. The senior management don't live the corporate values not welcoming others to question their actions and others never getting back to you when you ask for a meeting or ask a question - they have their head in the sand.
Advice to Management
Sort out your senior managers! Lots of staff want to leave and it's not a happy place to work currently.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rank Group (Manchester, England (UK)) in November-2015.
The interview was about 30 mins long with questions centered around customer service and "How have you dealt" with "this" situation and some personality questions. Only 2-3 casino/poker related questions.
