      Good management, team atmosphere, the people make it easy to work there

      Cons

      Company doesn’t right size salary based of changing environment. You can be there for 2+ years and someone coming in at a lower level is making more than you and year over year your salary falls behind while others coming in continue to rise above you. Your best bet is to get the experience you’re looking for and get out before it’s too late
