I worked at Randstad US full-time

    Pros

Good for sales driven individuals. Maybe if you value drinking and socializing and ego stroking more than work. Good training programs.

    Cons

Expectations are high, terrible compensation, you're nothing but a number. Very political workplace. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people more, stop restructuring every 6 months. Stop with the favoritism.

I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good for short term work. Would recommend working for them for up to 5 years. Comforting and relaxed work environment

    Cons

Easy to get "lost in the mix". No real opportunities to climb up in the company, you stay in your given role.

    Advice to Management

Should spend more time liberalizing the work environment. Trying to accommodate for the needs of every single employee with policies that are not valued too highly

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Big brand, sufficient budget to spend on CRM, Beer Fridays, quarterly parties, branding, and personnel.

    Cons

Unprofessional management, Neptitism, management doesn't tolerate anyone who speak the opinion. High turn over of tenured people after changes to upper management. Only values a person if they are a top performer or if they are favourited by the president or those close to him.

    Advice to Management

Put people with leadership skills in charge... Right now management is struggling everyday to make themselves look good and not caring about the people who makes this company. Put all managers through proper training so they don't ignore significant HR issues that have been brought to their attention, which has often happened but silenced by managers who don't want to cause a stir for fear of upsetting upper management. Also, ask management and staff to behave professionally during company events, a lot of inappropriate touching occurs in the name of open bar.
