      Flexible remote position - supervisors and leads always helpful

      Cons

      Because we were contracted out we had to be flexible of changes the client wants and things can change within a matter of days and your whole system would have to adjust. So be flexible on the fly. Even be ready to be let go for no reason other then downsizing.

      Pros

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
