I had a challenging experience at Randstad Sourceright, particularly while working on the Cigna account. There was a significant amount of turnover within the team. I was hired and then let go within a two-month period due to the lack of work available on the account. After a few months, I was rehired, but I was lucky to secure another job before they started cutting everyone’s hours from a full 40-hour work week to 30 hours. It's common for them to outsource to Hyderabad when they can't afford to keep their US RPO staff. Think twice before accepting an offer here. Good luck!
