      Pros

      -No clock in/clock out. Hours inputted online (atleast with my contract)

      Cons

      -work not guaranteed -Unsure of actual pay, because contract employees take a chunk of your pay. -promised permanent employment at time of hire, then revoked. -No holiday pay, no time and a half even if you work holidays. -24hrs of sick leave, refuses to answer questions regarding more time off. -HR is in India, unless they email you to accuse you of lying about hours. -Recruiter does not answer messages.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
