      It's difficult to list any pros. By far one of the worst employers in the staffing industry.

      Micromanaging, matrix driven, turnover a big issue because of the issues listed previously.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
