When you prove yourself there are endless growth opportunities. Fantastic learning and development department! Competitive base and bonus structure.
Cons
No work/life balance! Expectations are unrealistic from managers that haven't been in the "field" in years. Company is getting too big for their own good, different divisions are competing with each other rather than representing the Randstad brand as a whole. Great results are never good enough, always on to the next thing.
