Originally had GREAT people there. Small office atmosphere (branches) with large company benefits (healthcare, compensation, etc.)
Cons
Management has changed core focus over past 3-5 years and employees are less valued than in past. significant office closures due to economy and commission plans reduced. many of the Best people have left organization due to these changes. and corporate model is to hire "young and cheap" talent and throw them to the market.
