      The pay is good and the benefits are good. Yearly raises. They partially pay for certifications in this position.

      Cons

      The off-site management does not care about their employees and consider them completely expendable. There is no help finding other work through Randstad, so there's no room to move up.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
