Pros
-The pay is very good if you build up long-term business
Cons
As a recruiter -Required to hit sales metrics (even down to how many calls you make per day). Even if you actually get people hired and make the company money, if you don't hit all of the other metrics, you get talked down to and threatened to be fired. I made over $180k per year and was still getting "talked to" for my performance. -It is very micromanaged. I felt like a child in a pre-school. -There is no trust between co-workers. Every one is out to get one another. -They are focused on quantity rather than quality in their recruiting strategies. -Complaints about inappropriate behavior from management is often ignored.
