      Lacks true diversity! The room is full of homogeneous individuals of the same background, being in one of the most diverse cities in the world - RT does not reflect the environments it serves.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
