Recruiting for Randstad technologies is a great entry level opportunity in that u learn a lot about a vast number of businesses, you learn sales, customer service, and to be a quick thinker/solutions oriented. If u have no idea of what u are interested in and what kind of company u want to work for, recruiting is good bc u learn about great the clients u work for and therefore which companies to apply to
Cons
There is ZERO opportunity for career advancement, hard work is NOT parallel to how much money u make (some of the laziest and most unintelligent employees are actually the most financially successful due to dumb blind luck, literally!)and the salary is commensurate with an entry level job- Randstad is not known for fair compensation, at all whatsoever.
