If you just get lucky you can make a lot of money, forget about the hard work cause the only thing that matters is money.
Cons
No one digs deep into the company cause its impossible to learn anything about this company until you are in it. Once you are in it its pretty much game over. No one knows whats going on and its impossible to make the money that they sell you.
