There are no graveyard schedules. The daily metrics and QA (quality assurance) are expected to be easily attainable when you work hard. Work for this company as a last resort.
Cons
This company is still growing. The six years I worked before Spherion then Randstad The company had a contract with FedEx call center. The recruiting company offers a fixed schedule. Compensation per hour for Customer service representatives is not the best. Turnover is high. ex employees leave after years for no commissions and no opportunities to advance,
