* excellent applicant tracking system and dashboard for company info * excellent IT staff * great training program and support * access to Careerbuilder, Monster, etc
Cons
* focus on sales over staffing * branch manager not very understanding of work/life balance - she was getting pressure from higher-ups to put pressure on me * very much a "stuff rolls downhill" culture
