Pros
the customer care at the HQ is the only pro about this company. They are professional and handle everything in a timely matter. I can't say the same for their offices.
Cons
Office never returns phone calls, systems are always down when you need information, and they are terrible at keeping it's employees and temps up-to-date. They need to upgrade their punch in/out systems instead of using a sign in/out sheet. It's bad for employees and bad for business. It's 2012 people!
