      Decent training. The company has name recognition. Not as intense as some of the competition. Good benefits. About average compensation.

      Cons

      Definitely a large company. Doesn't feel like you have real ownership in how your office is doing. A lot of the stronger managers have left.

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
