Pros
I never had any trouble finding excellent temporary work though Randstad USA, all of the agents were very helpful and if I would call in to say I was available that week 9 times out of 10 I received a call with a placement. A lot of the job offers were also for temp-to-perm positions. I highly recommend working with them as a temp if you are looking to change careers or currently going though a life transition. All of the agents were great to work with, helpful and professional.
Cons
Sometimes you would be placed into a job not knowing exactly what was required of you so you had to be prepared to learn very quickly. Filling out the paper time-cards could be tedious and then having to drive to the agency and drop them off at the end of the week was time consuming.
