Wide range of properties that they manage provides a good scope into the real estate industry in Vancouver area. The benefits are okay.
Cons
This company has a lot of tension in their relationships with the partners that they work with. The office environment is very negative where people talk negative about the residents and strata corporations a lot, so everyday going into work it’s always off-setting to hear all the negative complaints. If you don’t have other better jobs to do, this might be an okay company to work for: if you are willing to handle excessive amount of work load in an extremely negative work environment.
