Rancho Management Services (B.C.) Ltd. is part of the Rancho Group of Real Estate companies, a Canadian privately-owned company. Rancho has been in business for over 35 years.
At present, Rancho manages over a two hundred (200) Strata Corporations and over 30,000 units in the Greater Vancouver area. Rancho also manages nearly 1,000 individual houses and condos.
Rancho is licensed under the Real Estate Act to provide property management services. 100% of our business is generated through providing property management services.
Rancho is a good standing member of the Strata Property Agents (SPABC) BC. Rancho is also a member of Condominium Home Owner’s Association (CHOA), Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA), and Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Vancouver Chapter. Rancho is also in good standing with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
