Cons
During the recession, offshore leadership created panic by spreading unverified information about potential layoffs and branch closures. My manager, Gagan, handled the situation poorly and lacked empathy, leading to unnecessary exits while he transitioned to sales department hence it resulted whole migration team dropped paper at same time. Lack of transparent and supportive leadership on the offshore side.
