      management doesn't really pay attention to what you're doing so you can spend more time looking busy than you actually are.

      Cons

      Most employees know how to get away with doing very little so its hard to get projects accomplished and clients are always complaining.

      I was able to learn a lot and grow professionally during my time at RamSoft. The work was exciting and challenging. I enjoyed the innovative spirit of the company.
