Pros
Great pay compared to other companies.
Cons
• Long-term employees behave as though they “own” the workplace, resisting any changes and often displaying disrespectful behaviour toward others. • Payroll is consistently late. While most employees receive pay at 12:00 a.m., ours often arrives after 1:00 p.m. or later, depending on the bank. • There is no assurance of receiving pay on time. Delays of two days or more are common, making it extremely difficult to manage budgeting and financial responsibilities. • Despite being in a management role, I did not receive my sick days until after six months of employment, which is not compliant with BC Employment Standards. • Overall, the company’s practices raise serious concerns and should be investigated by Employment Standards
