      Supportive peers and smart team members. Work-life balance is mostly respected. Some good projects and tech exposure.

      Cons

      Leadership promotes favoritism over merit. Promotions depend on flattery, not performance. Leadership bring in their own circle. People Partner team is arrogant and unapproachable. HR holds too much unchecked power.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
