      A lot of growth potential, great technology, great product, great co-workers, great managers, Forge@4 = Drink and mingle at the end of the day! Lunch on Fridays!

      Cons

      You can't wait for anyone to give you special attention to get your job done. not a lot of training so be ready to work your butt off!

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
