      Great on the job perks. Weekly lunches, parties every few months. company values the culture. Work life balance is good as well.

      Cons

      Compensation not in line with market rate. Upper-management does not provide clear vision. Employees are not appreciated for their work.

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
