Good opportunity to travel abroad.
Cons
The company lacks the quality of a tech company. The focus is on quantity and the quality of code is pretty bad. The management has a very short sighted vision to increase the head count in India office and therefore they compromise the hiring standards. It could have been a much better place to work if the hiring quality was not compromised.
