Terrible management - Anonymous employee Rakuten Employee Review

The worst management team I've ever seen. The management technical level is unbelievably low. A huge amount of time wasted in political matters and not much interest in improvements to the product, user or employees. A lot of meetings during the day without any proper meaning. The company has no direction, strategy or marketing knowledge. Career opportunities don't exist.
