      I am working on the adtech that deal with almost all the last big data technologies. A lot of freedom if you make you delivery in due date and without bugs Very comprehensive managers with strong projects in process Good foods !

      Big company , with big process All the coworkers dont have the same skills Some team are inefficient

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
