Pros
Working a 9 - 5 day is accepted, so it's an easy job if all you want is a check. The fact that they are still in business is a surprising pro.
Cons
Surprisingly slow pace with a lack of technological vision for a dot-com/e-tailer. There is also a surprising amount of resistance to change and an aire of apathy which belongs more in a government institution than the supposedly fast paced environment I thought it would be.
