      Pros

      Free meals every day Staff are very nice Much less stress than other Japanese companies

      Cons

      There can be too many meetings depending on your team "Englishnization" can be noticed easily but still a lot of employees use Japanese only in the office

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
