      Our salaries are generally higher than that of other IT companies in Japan

      Cons

      Some of our payment can withdraw and get money as cash after 3 to 4 years thanks to stock-option system. You might lose the right to get them if you leave Rakuten in terms of non-granted options

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
