      Rakuten in a global company where u can work across various business under Rakuten group. It is flexible and you get to work on different technologies. Easy to switch between various business via internal interviews.

      You should be ready to move all the way to Japan and adapt to its culture

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
