      Pros

      - Many competent smart colleagues - Collaborative working relationships with other offices - Very little micro-management (as most employees have full plates and are already spread thin)

      Cons

      - High turnover (expect to work among a revolving door of management and executives) - Complicated office politics - Little diversity and very, very few women, particularly at the top

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
