Pros
Great culture, the people are a ton of fun. You can learn a lot from everyone as long as you take the time to ask questions and get to know them. It's an open community and everyone is friendly. Also, it's a pretty cool company.
Cons
Disorganization, sometimes major lack of communication. I do believe this is slowly improving, it's really up to the individuals and teams to figure things out for themselves.
