      Pros

      Flexible hours, friendly and genuine people to work with, great pay, lots of opportunities for growth. The best job I've had. I can't wait to see where this fast-growing company will go.Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down.

      Less commitment of top management. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
