      I was able to make good money in sales because I had a good territory

      no contact with upper management, no spiffs or perks, constantly cutting people to save $

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing people. Networked and built relationships with external partners and gained valuable experience.

      Cons

      Working for a financially volatile company impacted the overall morale of the team. Being uncertain if you would have employment day to day caused a lot of anxiety within the team.
