The coworkers you meet there will most likely remain very good friends for years to come. Good work life balance.
Cons
The two owners/leaders of the company spent most of their time not in the office and didn't communicate truthfully with the rest of the company. Co-presidents try to champion their values but don't follow any of them themselves - especially Character Matters. Below average pay compared to other companies you could do the same job for.
