A ton of ego conflicts within this company. Inexcusable customer conversations that have tarnished relationships in several of its markets. The sales teams annual sales goals were provided late February to the sales team and change rapidly without written acknowledgement. Major issues with upper management change invoice dates to negatively impact your compensations. A company that departments work against each other instead of with each other.
