Cons
From the moment onboarding started, I regretted my decision to join. Nearly every team was a mess, major processes don’t exist, and leadership places the massive problems on the shoulders of teams I’ll-equipped to solve them. Very disjointed executive team with no clear direction or guiding principles to help the company move in a linear and progressive way. Everything is a fire drill to resolve or an urgent cost cutting measure. Good people are leaving constantly and taking years knowledge with them. When I left, I was met with anger and bitterness from several people in leadership, which was disappointing. I’ve never been treated so poorly when exiting a company.
