People, culture, management, initiative, proactive, "sense of urgency", company that wants to make a difference in a world of cyber threats.
Cons
Pace of change needs to be even quicker, dead weight in some groups that don't share the RSA 2.0 culture that are harming the environment...although there are less and less negative people that fall in that category.
