Decent benefits with with smart people who are friendly. Quarterly bonuses are a nice perk since a little extra always helps. Have company sponsored events which are always nice.
Cons
Our company was acquired by EMC/RSA. The company now has become driven by metrics. More concerned with hitting numbers than producing a quality product.
