Pros
Nice facility and campus. On-site cafeteria. Flexible work hours. Ability to learn new technologies that helps you to add to your resume, which you will need to do because you'll eventually get laid off.
Cons
Parent company EMC is in constant layoff mode. Non-publicized layoffs happen regularly, creating "fear of job loss" syndrome. Very-cliquey work environment, if you don't belong to a clique you are ostracized and then laid off.
