Pros
This has been one of the best places to work. The SE community is full of great people and everyone is very helpful and friendly. The product is great when you take the time to understand and work with it.
Cons
Our technology is starting to fall behind our competitors. The sales leadership team is re-shuffling everyone and is changing to a model which may not work. When RSA was acquired from Dell, the layoffs began. We hardly have any support staff in North America and the sales team is starting to be reorganized from a territory account management to a specialst structure.
